It was a nightmare! My Watts hose leaked and damaged the floor! I was extremely unhappy with how Watts handled my claim! My advice is to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WATTS.

I was unable to connect the right angle connectors to either the water supply or the washing machine. After several tries on the nylon connector on the washing machine, I abandoned it and went out and bought similar hoses without right angle connectors. They worked well and was able to have the wahing machine back in service within minutes.
The return process was fine, although I had to pay shipping so financially I came out behind. Live and learn.
